Asseliq reads the drawings, specifications, and contract as one controlled record. Ask in construction language, verify the controlling pages, and carry supported findings into change orders, material reviews, RFIs, and submittals.

One controlled project record
A partial bulletin does not erase unchanged sheets. A later drawing page becomes current only for the matching sheet identity; unidentified and duplicate sheets are held for review. The full lineage remains available so the team can see which issue controls each current page.
Search, verify, and act from the same evidence
- Project search — locate equipment, retrieve clauses, and compare core documents with document, page, sheet or section, excerpt, and evidence method.
- Change orders — request an optional red/blue overlay, takeoff, estimate, or combination from a revised drawing issue.
- Materials — compare vendor quotes to project requirements and reconcile an invoice to the selected quote.
- RFIs — draft from a cited issue, assign the ball in court, attach the official response, and track it to closure.
- Submittals — organize required items and packages by specification section, responsibility, review dates, lead time, and disposition.
Accuracy is enforced by the system
A language or vision model can help retrieve, organize, and explain. It cannot make a project fact true. Uploaded evidence, a validated deterministic transformation, or an authorized user confirmation must establish an authoritative quantity, price, labor unit, scope conclusion, or document relationship.
- Exact identifiers first. Sheet numbers, room numbers, panel IDs, and spec sections use deterministic lookup before semantic retrieval.
- Claim-level provenance. The source stays attached through retrieval, comparison, calculation, and review.
- Honest review gates. Dense graphical counts and missing commercial inputs stay unresolved until the required detector, evidence, or confirmation exists.
Multi-jurisdiction project-document intelligence
Projects can be created for New York City, New York State, Arizona, California, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, other United States locations, and Canada. Location is stored as structured project data for terminology and separately evaluated regional adapters. It never replaces the uploaded drawings, specifications, contract terms, or authority having jurisdiction.
Estimating software boundary
Asseliq does not currently integrate with ConEst or claim to reproduce its licensed catalogs, assemblies, labor units, and pricing controls. Estimates use uploaded or explicitly confirmed commercial inputs until a separately sourced and validated estimating engine is available.
