Privacy policy

This describes exactly what we store and why.

What we store

• Your email address — it identifies your account and is how we send confirmation and password-reset links.
• A hash of your password, if you set one. Never the password itself.
• Your name and company, if you choose to give them. Both optional.
• Your uploaded documents, project conversations, workflow records, source links and feedback, so the project remains usable when you return.
• Usage records for document processing and model-assisted work.
• The IP address and browser you signed up from, to investigate abuse of the trial.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, don't share it with advertisers, and don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the app.

Who else is involved

Microsoft Azure hosts the application and its database, provides the language models (Azure OpenAI) that help read your documents, and provides the OCR used only where a page has no readable text. SMTP2GO delivers confirmation and reset emails. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity.

Your documents

The PDFs you upload are read to build the project evidence index, answer project questions, and prepare requested workflow drafts. Content sent to a language model is used only to process your work — it is not used to train any model.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and your documents, change orders and usage records go with it.

Cookies

One cookie, holding your signed-in session. Not readable by scripts, not used for tracking.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account settings. It removes your account, your uploaded documents, your change orders and your usage records, and we keep no copy.
